Starbucks Saturday

This morning I got to be super lazy and sleep in while my wonderful husband went and got us Starbucks for breakfast! :)  I am absolutely addicted to their egg white and spinach wrap.  I also got a soy latte with one pump of pumpkin spice.  I love my lattes!

After breakfast I relaxed on the couch watching The IT Crowd.  It's a British show about an IT department and it is so funny.  My husband is an IT guy so naturally we love it.  Then it was time to get ready to meet my cousin for lunch.  I had to drive about an hour away.  We went to a Ryan's buffet.  I didn't take any picutres (expect for ones of the babies of course) because I just felt weird about it and it wasn't like I was eating anything fancy, healthy, or out of the ordinary.  I was so impressed with how well behaved my cousin's kids were!  They have a 3 mo. old, a 2 year old, and a 3 year old.  The toddlers behaved better than most adults at the table!   After lunch I ran into to Wal-Mart and picked up an Oxygen magazine.
Once I got home I did the at home time-saver workout.  It was pretty thorough.  I have been slacking in the strength training department lately.  I finished NROL4W just in time to get Mono.  That kept me down literally most of the summer.  Then once I started feeling better and getting my energy back I got shingles.  So now I'm ready to get backing into serious lifting.  It's really depressing to see how much strength I lost over the summer but what can you do...Anyhow I also had my yoga commitment to fulfill but my husband and daughter were watching a movie so I couldn't throw in a dvd.  No fears, I found a 10 minute video of twisting poses on YouTube.  I did that as my warm-up to the Oxygen workout.  Now I'm flat out exhausted!  Hopefully I'll do a better post tomorrow!
